A reputable licensed cocoa buying company is seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the under-listed position:
Administrative Manager – Operations Office

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate the recruitment process of all operational office staff
• Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews
• Maintain personnel files of operational staff
• Ensure that collateralised positions are adequately secured and records of security held are well maintained and updated at all times

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have a first degree from recognised institution in the areas of Administration (HR bias) Law (LLB) or social science with experience in administration
• Must have completed national service
• Must be computer literate

Location: Accra
