Our Company is looking to hire an Administrative Clerk.

The suitable candidate should possess the following skill set:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Be a proficient MS Word & MS Excel user
  • Be able to research for required information on the internet
  • Ability to organise data and report it to management
  • Must be conversant or able to initiate online marketing campaigns
  • Advanced oral and written communicative skills.

Key Tasks:

  • A successful candidate will be required to able to organise and manage the diary of the Director.
  • Learn and use an online Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Be confident enough to speak to existing and potential customers over the phone & through email.
  • Collect information by researching online
  • Organise data into relevant required information.
